How long does delivery take?
Most Santagrams are delivered within 24-36 hours after confirmation. However during peak holiday periods, delivery may take up to 48 hours.
Can I choose which Santa appears?
Yes, this year we added multiple Santa styles, including "Traditional, African-American, and Mrs. Claus.
Is this only for children?
Not at all. That's the beauty of Santagrams, they're perfect for children, adults, couples, families, and...anyone who loves a little holiday cheer.

Are refunds available?
Due to each Santagram being custom-made, refunds are not guaranteed. However, if there is an issue we're happy to discuss and do our best to correct.
